Projects: Using a Diary

Get a diary

Buy an A4-sized bound notebook. If you get a smaller page size, you will find that you can't prepare sketches and drawings. If you keep a pile of loose papers for your diary, you are almost sure to lose them. Make sure you write your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address on the front of the diary so that if somebody finds it you are more likely to get it back.

You must write a technical project diary while you are working on your projects. This can be requested at any time, and will be assessed at the final demonstration.

What do I write in it?

Basically, everything! Read these notes to find out more.

What did students say they learned about using diaries in previous years?
